About Zach Sikich

Sikich founded ProHybrid Training in 2003 while goaltending for the St Thomas University Tommies. After graduation, Sikich played 4 years of minor pro hockey before stepping away to focus on ProHybrid full time in 2008. This business has grown to significantly through the production, marketing and sales of the 3 DVD Set The ProHybrid Goaltending System. These videos have sold have 25,000 copies world wide in 9 years. In addition to the training he does around his home base of Minneapolis, ProHybrid runs camps and private training in Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Washington, Alaska, California as well as in Europe.
In addition to ProHybrid, Sikich co founded Gardien Engineering. His firm owns the US Patent and distributes the Consistent Confidence Crease. This off ice training system is an NHL regulation goalie crease slide board that give goaltenders immediate feedback regarding their positioning in the crease. These systems have been purchased by NHL and college programs as well as to individuals for in home usage.
In 2012, Zach Sikich co founded a The AZ Group. As Executive Director, Sikich played a principal role in the acquisition and development of multiple businesses. including Minnesota IceMen AAA Hockey Program and The Caribou Cup Hockey Tournament which hosted 150 AAA teams in the Twin Cities at the end of August each year. SIkich sold his shared of this business in the spring of 2016.
Finally, Sikich has created a strong network marketing business with Isagenix. Isagenix is a health and wellness company based out of Chandler, AZ. This platform was attractive to because is combine two of his passions: Nutrition and Leadership. In 4 years, Sikich has built a team of over 9000 customers and distributors. This platform provides the fuel to help his athletes optimize their performance on the ice. Additionally, he speaks on nutrition and self development through this business.
